Who is HASWA?
Havering Asian & Welfare Association (HASWA) was established on 29th March 1998 for the benefit of Asian community with the object of improving their condition of life. HASWA also works towards promoting social integration and cultural awareness.
Our organisation’s aim is to provide access to Statutory/voluntary organisation and professional bodies/ persons to help them in their legal, financial, and social problems
Our vision and goals are to work towards a society where each individual values, understanding cultural diversity and to work towards strengthening community links.

Yoga: 10am to 11.30am
Bollywood Dance: 6pm to 7.30pm
Tuesday
Yoga: 10am to 11.30am
Bollywood Dance: 6pm to 7.30pm
Tuesday
Dhol Classes: 7PM to 9PM
Wednesday
Yoga: 10am to 11.30am
Sahara Group: 1pm to 3pm
Thursday
Punjabi language: 6pm to 7.30pm
Friday
Giddha Group: 6pm to 7.30pm
Social Evening: 5.30pm to 8pm (Last Friday of each month)
Throughout the year
We organise regular cultural events throughout the year. We also have quarterly health check awareness days. This is an opportunity to raise awareness on a number of different issues that affect the health and wellbeing of the community. There are checks carried out and advice is offered in terms of how to be healthy and stay healthy.
